Wow, it's been a long time. 2 years never blog liao!!!

Hi all, we meet again after near 2 years. It is Year 2015 liao!!!

Wondering what been doing for the past 2 years.

I guess the last time I blogged was when I was still enjoying my student life where I made up my mind about not studying anymore after my University education. Last year, in June, I finally finished my last set of exams and unofficially graduated from SIT-Newcastle University with a lower second class bachelors' degree with Honours. I am proud of my achievements academically throughout my whole life.

During the graduation which was held at Nanyang polytechnic about 2 months back, I felt like it is one of the greatest achievements in my whole life, donning the graduation suit as I looked back at my whole journey in my university life. University life were filled with tough times as assignments and exams was tons of chores. Nevertheless, it was made better with my university clique of friends through all the outings, gatherings and adventures together. They are the whole highlight in my university life. I would really like to thank them all.

Besides my university friends, I have friends during my part time work on Saturdays at USS and also my secondary friends and some ITE friends which I still keep in contact with. They are also ever around during my university days. I would like to thank them also. Finally, my family who mainly is my brother and father are always will support me one way or another. Lastly, my extended family members from my mother's side where we would see one another at least few times per month. Somehow or rather, they had also supported me through my university life. Thank u to them also.
All the thanks seem endless. Haha.

Nevertheless, during my unofficial graduation period waiting for my certificate, I was employed by Prima taste for about 2 months plus. I decided to resign due to tons of unclear stuffs which I was not even taught and expected to initiate in the company. Knowing it is my first job and I really do not know how to do, the stress get to me making me to have sleepless nights and lousy appetite. The environment and policies set by the company made me lose faith. Finally, I decided to resign to have a lifestyle that will make me end those stress and let me live healthily and peaceful again. The thought of resigning was great at that point as I was able to resume my happy-go-lucky lifestyle again.

Enough with my sad so called ' first full time' job, moving on, I went back to USS to work while continuing my search for my full time job ago. After about 1 month after searching, I found a Quality Assurance job via one of my university classmates at SATS, Singapore food industries and officially started working on the 20th of October last year. So far, so good, the job scope given to me was quite ok to me with a higher pay than what I was offered at Prima taste. I still quite ok as I am almost done with my 3-month probation which will end on the 20th of January this month. Nevertheless, my staff benefits in this company is quite good I would say. Haha, I am so fortunate and lucky to be in this company with a job scope  I am ok with. I hope I will be able to stay long in this company. Hope my job will continue to be smooth sailing for me.

To keep in view, I am writing this blog post because I am too free at work after production is not running due to machine problems. I been doing nothing since about 12pm liao. Haha super damn sian, been surfing the net although cannot surf some websites. I guess this is the good thing about being a new employee in the company. I am well taken care of. Actually I supposed to come back de but my assistant manager told me I also don need to come back to work. I so lucky. With this, I end this blog post. Hoooo, almost time to end work also, left  about 10 minutes to end work. TGIF, yuppie!!!!!!!

University holidays like finally...................... And it's my birthday month!!! Hoooo!! Haha!!!

It is like april already. Time really flies, my university holidays is finally already here BUT the 1 month long holiday only left less than 2 weeks liao. Time seems to fly even faster when u having holidays. Anyways, i still got to finish my 3 assignments which includes 2 essays and 1 short questions paper. Now finally started on the short questions paper and managed to finish i guess. Left 2 essays which is really a headache and harder to do. Haiz!!! Next time i do any sch work this week will be on this friday because there are activities for the next 2 days. Nevertheless, i should concentrate on playing hard as well as working hard for my sch work.

For the past 2 weeks of the holidays, i had spent great time together with mostly my uni friends. We had a cycling trip, birthday presents shopping, birthday celebrations and food feasts. In all of that activities, we really bonded, have fun and enjoyed each others' company. Through that, there was a sch practical report that i managed to finish within 2 days. I also spent some of the days working at my workplace called Universal Studios Singapore(USS) where i always enjoy my time working or playing instead. Haha!!! 

Talking abt USS, i been working there since my poly days and this Saturday on 6 april 2013 will be my third year working in the same attraction called Revenge of the Mummy. 3 years ago, i entered this attraction and it is one of my second home since then. I am proud as this is the longest part time job i ever had in my life till now. Although i had seen a lot of managers, leads and crews come and go, being one of the few people after 3 years to be still in the same attraction is really one great accomplishment. Salute myself to reach a milestone like this. Hooooo!!!!!!

Now to focus on the future, on the short term future and on the coming few months, life will be getting busier and more fast pace than before. It's april now and i am less than 2 weeks from university life resuming with classes. I still gt 2 essays to complete. Once sch starts, things will be quite ok during the first week when sch reopens on the 15 april, monday. On that day itself, the only thing is to hand up all the assignments during the holidays. For 16 april(tuesday), there is only a 2-hr lecture and sch ends. For 17 april(wed), there's only a last experimental food science practical with a report to be handed up 1 week after. And the short sch week will just end there with thurs and friday free and a long weekend to do the 1 report. Therefore, my birthday which happens to be on thursday should be super safe where i will be allow to enjoy myself to the max i supposed. HOPEFULLY, everything will be great on my actual birthday date. Although i don know what i will be doing that day.  Haha!!! Anyway, the whole of april, i am just looking forward to my birthday.

Thereafter, sch's going pick up pace like nobody's business and packed classes will carry on all the way until may with my first exam on 21st may. The lucky thing for this semester is i have only 3 written exams which does not have higher weightage like in semester 1. The sad thing is written exams is all in essays style questions which i will have to go through and do. Haiz. I hope i can just pass the exams. My last written exam is on 30th may BUT not sure about the 2 practical exams which i will need to go through will be before that after that cause my last exam date is actually 7 june. I can only pray for the best ba. Haha!!!!

After that, going to need to go back for my army reservice which is my first one in 3 years since I ORD 3 years ago. That will be from 10 june - 15 june which is almost for a week. Then i will have the last 9 days before  i fly off to europe on 24 june and after europe, will be the 1-month UK overseas immersion trip from July all the way till 5 August before i finally return to singapore.  Therefore, it seems my life is going to be packed all the way till 5 august which is 4 months worth of activities from now.

Nevertheless, looking forward to my birthday and 'surprise' birthday celebration by university friends which is the first round of birthday celebration with them which i don know which date they will actually pick to celebrate. Just to tell my uni friends, pls nothing for my actual birthday date cause i already gt appointment. Don know who else going to celebrate my birthday this year, let's wait and see. Haha!!!!

After that, can't wait for the europe trip liao but must finish the semester and the exams first. Haiz. Jiayou ba!! However so, i know i will have my group of uni friends where we will be supporting each other throughout this tough period. Hoooo!!! Cheers guys!!!!

Only the second blog post of the year 2013

Last post was about 2013 will bring and what i will actually want for the year 2013. Anyway, this is going to be some random post i will be blogging about. Hardly can find time to blog these days because of my super tight and busy university life up till this moment. Anyway, finally find the time, energy, inspiration and motivation to type this second blog post of the year. Haha!!

These few months in my semester 2 in university, reports written was twice as much as semester 1. Deadline also almost as tight as the first sem. Anyway, exams was taken mid jan to end jan and exam results were out only recently for exams in sem 1 was good for most of the modules except nutrition principles. That module I really scraped through lol. I gt 39% in the exams only plus my 2 common tests which i barely passed, i gt an overall of 42%. Although i failed but overall under newcastle university rules, 40% is considered pass so i am very lucky to scraped thru this first essay style questions exams in my university. I guess i am really weak in answering essay style questions. Furthermore, this type of questions requires tons of information from your memories from what u need to memorise which i am rather weak in. Haiz, what's worse for this sem 2 in my uni life is all the 3 exams end may are essay styles exams which i cannot hide from. Super sian,  uni life overall is good but all the exams super tough. I hope I can survive thru all of them without failing. Let's pray hard, this round of exams in sem 2, i will still be able to scraped through. I don wish for me even if all the modules i gt borderline pass of 40% as required by my university to pass a certain module.

I am really hoping to scape thru the whole of my uni life. I already lost the motivation to study from the start, just need to keep pushing myself towards the end point where all the studies would have ended for me nxt june in year 2014 where i would finally graduated no matter what type of degree i will get. I certainly don care as long as i get the cert and i can get a good career out of the certificate. Haha, i will be the happiest person that time where i would finally stop studying for good. 

Anyways, back to the fun part of my uni life, let's stop the studying part for now! Fun times almost coming as i look forward to the europe tour in Italy, switzerland and france. Thereafter, i would be in newcastle for my overseas immersion program for a whole month. Therefore, i would be spending abt a total of 1 and a half months abroad and not in singapore from 24 june all the way till 5 august before i would return. However, i hope the europe tour will not be cancelled last minute cause as of now, there's only 9 people which includes me in the tour and a mininum of 15 is required to start the tour. Chances of the tour being cancelled will be there. The 9 of us can only hope and pray that this trip will not be cancelled making our flight tickets more expensive in the end. Nevertheless, there's 2 sides to the story, even without the tour, we can go free and easy ourselves but we will be in strange land where ducks talk to chicken as in some parts of europe, people don really speak english. To me, this are all adventures that will bring maximum fun and enjoyment to everyone, although to some, it may not be. Anyway, as free n easy maybe we will be an even bigger group together rather than on the tour package with just the 9 of us. Free n easy is also cheaper for most of us except for the plane tickets prices which will already soared to a new high by may. Anyway, i am fine with both choices and whichever i will be blessed with. I am sure i will be happy in the end. Haha, let's see what fate have installed for me and my friends.

As well for newcastle month long trip, arranging the whole class into groups of 6 for the sch hostel stay  is really no easy task. Although the choice is yours, i guess some groups are not really lucky. As for my group of uni friends, we don have problems as my whole clique of 10 persons only have 3 guys so we can stick together. For the girls, it is harder i guess as they will have to split. But eventually, everyone have their own group that somehow they are comfortable with. Haha! I guess most of the things are settle for now. I guess the whole class only our clique + 2 guys who joined the other 4 girls have the mixed gender hostels. Somehow my uni clique always unique in one way or another. Proud to be in my clique, we are always doing fun things together and our personalities somehow click with one another. Lucky and thank god, we are all fun loving people who loves hanging out with one another. Glad and grateful to everyone of them. I guess people in this clique feel this way too. Haha! This is just great. Come to think of it, it will mark one of us my best times spent studying after ITE life. Poly life for me was way too normal and more about studying instead of playing. My uni life with my uni clique will be the best way to end with all the fun people around. Hooo, Cheers to my uni clique of friends, Lester, guo wei, pei yun, rachel, jennifer, ying xian, chong yi, kayam, huiru. Let's pull through this together and graduate next june 2014. Jiayou everyone!!!!

Moving on, from what i observed in my uni life, i think guys in uni really like the company of uni girls. At least, i feel that is true in my course. Haha. This is especially true if the guys including myself who don have girlfriends. U can call this desperate in one sense i guess. But on the other hand, this is opportunities for single guys like me and generally guys in my class are quite well behaved and decent except 1 guy which most girls in the class generally avoid. Futhermore, guys like me, after university will find it harder to find girlfriends i think as this will really depend on where u are working in the future. Therefore, university life presents the one of the last few opportunities to get a girlfriend when u are young. Or else, after uni life, u may have to wait even longer to get a girlfriend. For me, choices can be from university or my current workplace at universal studios singapore. Even if i have a target in mind, i will need to learn to be open to any opportunity that may open. Although the target may be the ideal case for me which i want, sometimes, u also nd to know if the girl actually and test how the girl would feel abt u. Therefore, it is not as easy as what u think and want. Whether to continue, sometimes, it may be a struggle. Hang on and wait patiently i will. Haha!

For some reason, all my friends around me, they always have a common question for me. This question is why u have so my girls as friends and yet u don even have a girlfriend up till now. Sometimes i also wonder. This is just so so sad. Haiz. U can tell them tons of excuses but maybe i am just running away from it. I  think i have been loving girls that i like BUT it is always one-sided i think. End of the day, i just cannot make myself tell them how much i love them. Anyway, maybe i am scared of rejections or because i was rejected before. Haha!! Life's is just like that right? I still will continue being the happy-go-lucky and cheerful guy that always lack the part of the life which is 'LOVE'. Haiz. Ever patiently waiting. Haha!!!!!!!!! Jiayou Yong Chiang!!! New year, first blog post of year 2013

Hey, it's been only the second day of 2013. For the new year of 2013 which started for me with a countdown at one of my ex-colleagues' home. Lucky for me, it was near my home, to be exact, just 1 MRT stattion away which obviously was not very far. And with buses and trains running late throughout the nite, i took a bus home. Was still hungry from the BBQ at his home, so i headed to 'Kopitiam' near hougang mall where it was 24hrs operated to eat wanton noodles where i ordered for extra noodles to be added. After that, i went home walking and reach home almost 2am. I slept for 4hrs plus before waking up for work at abt 6.30am where my new year's day started. Managed to reach Harbourfront early so went to eat mac's breakfast at harbourfront centre.

My first working day on the first day of 2013 started good i guess considering everyone that supposed to come work had turned up for the opening of the ride. As expected, closing for the day already not enough people and still had people not turning up for work, end up only 2 persons for closing plus lead and controls only 4 persons lol. Anyway, the whole day was spent on minimal manpower as only then will we have breaks. The lucky thing is the whole day was not really busy and we managed to keep our waiting time to the minimal too. Most of us did not want to extend to help out closing as we were almost half dead. Anyway, eventually all of us from opening went home at 6pm, leaving a manager, lead and 2 crews and a control personal and 2 rescues freezing in positions for the last hour. Eventually all of managed to push through an entire day of working with everyone's help i think. Proud of a team effort by everyone that day!!! Hooooo!!!

Anyway, 3rd day of the new year is upon us as i typed this blog post. For this new year of 2013, it will be entirely different from 2012 as i will spent most of my time studying and concentrating on my studies and being a student. Although i will still be working at my favourite workplace of Universal studios singapore(USS), i will be spending lesser time working and more time being a full time university student. As for this new year, i will hope to successfully do well enough to progress to my final year which is near october this year in my degree programme.

As i state over a few years, i been long overdue in looking for a love of my life, will 2013 be the year which i actually find a girlfriend? Actually, i don know. Knowing my character, it makes the chance very slim and it is actually saddening. If u guys don know, my weak and shy character towards girls i like, don allow me to confess my actual feelings for them. That's why it is very hard for me, even with a targeted girl in mind. Nevertheless, in this new year of 2013, i hope to keep my options open all the time and being as open-minded as possible, and hopefully i will find a girl which i like and she likes me too. I believe in miracles and i really someday it will happen to me. I been praying all the time, is 2013 finally the time for me to complete the missing part in my life? Haiz, i guess only by the end of the year i will know!!! Haha!!!!!!

Last day of 2012

Finally, time flies again!! We are already on our last day of year 2012. While this year ends, we are supposed to reach end of the world which is predicted. However, all these predictions are uttered rubbish to me, nothing actually happened and we are still living happily on earth on a small dot known as Singapore which is where i am born, raised and live my life until now.

As i look back to all the things i done in 2012 during this last day of the year, i realise i am really getting more and more lazy to blog as my blog posts reduces every year. Haha!!! Anyway, things had been quite simple for me in this long passing year i guess. Let's summarize since a lot of people like to comment that my blog post always very long. Haha!!! I trying my best liao hor!!! 

In the first 2 months of the year 2012, I started the year, with finishing and doing up my final year project where i was still a singapore polytechnic student. After that, was doing my last few exam papers in Singapore polytechnic. After that, i unofficially graduated from singapore poly liao. Immediately after that in march, i dedicated most of my time working at Universal studios singapore(USS) for a gd 6-7 months where i totally enjoyed all the times working. Therefore, to conclude half of the time in 2012, i was actually working at USS. I had lots of fun working there throughout the many months. Haha!! Anyway, I officially graduated with my diploma in food science and technology in may 2012. In the long months of working in USS, i also have graduation trip with my poly friends to taiwan, japan trip, batam trip, genting trips where i truely enjoyed all of the above overseas holidays with different groups of friends and relatives. During the course of all these things which i enjoyed, i also attended my interview for my uni studying programme which i had enrol for and successfully got accepted and i started sch in oct studying newcastle university food and human nutrition course under Singapore institute of Technology.  Tough course i thought after studying for the past 2 months and now on course to my exams in less than 3weeks. Sian thing is because, during this festive period, i still need to force myself to study lol. Haiz. However, though all the tough assignments given, i met my group of friends in university where i think i gained the most in this course of studying until now, we are the most happening group in the class and really proud of everything we had gone through together with tons and lots of fun together. Hoooo, cheers to our new found friendship!!! This sorts of sums up my long year of 2012 i guess. Haha!!!

Ok, need to prepare to go out liao. Haha. Will continue tonite or tomo nite i guess.

Merry Christmas people, finally i decided to blog

Been a long 8 months since i last blog. I guess i had been super lazy to update my blog. All these 8 long months especially after poly graduation in may, i been busy working at Universal Studios Singapore(USS) until i got accepted into a Food and human nutrition course under Singapore Institute of Technology which is conducted by Newcastle University. The abt 2years course started for me in Oct which is abt 2months ago and surprisingly i had almost finished my semester 1 of the course liao.

This is the first time in my life i will need to study for my exams which is mid january 2013 that is less than 1 month away. Very sian!!! Where gt mood to study during this festive season????? Sian to the max!!!! Although i purposely plan to study on christmas eve yesterday, i guess i managed to flip finish human nutrition notes ba although a bit half-hearted. Haha, at least i did something like studying!!!!

Christmas 2012 is just about over in less than 15mins now, this year's christmas is so different for me as i gt to know my university friends. We got together and had great fun all the time through all the lectures and tutorial while the rest of the class is seriously studying and concentrating on assignments and tests. However, the 9 of us with me formed the biggest clique in class and i am really happy to have known them and surviving through all the sch work together. They make me my studying life happening, the last time i was so happening and fun was during my ITE days. Poly days are less happening and boring to me. Anyway, i really am very happy whenever i doing sch work or out having fun together with my Uni friends!! Cheers to our friendship although still a short time we have known each other only. We will survive thru uni life together and  have all the fun in the world!!!! Hoooooo!!! Cheers!!!! Therefore, this christmas for me is the most happening, like playing hide-n-seek while celebrating one of my uni's friends birthday and also the christmas gift exchange where we decided what we cannot buy as presents, racking brains for the christmas present to be bought on the spot within hours. But this is the most awesome christmas celebration which is most memorable to me until now in my life. Thank u guys. Should put the names!!!! Haha!!! Thank u to guo wei, lester, pei yun, hui ru, ying xian, rachel, jennifer, kayam, chong yi. Really glad to have all yr companies in all the times we been together since day 1 in newcastle university!!! Hoooo, cheers to more celebrations and our everlasting friendship!!!!!

Christmas is also celebrated with some of my work friends. Although it is a simple dinner and gift exchange. It was also a good time and a good gathering for all of us to catch up!!! Haha!!!!

Now that christmas is over when i typing this last paragraph i hope, tomo is the time to resume and force myself to go back school to study for my upcoming exams. Haiz, feeling sian to the max lol. But i do not have a choice, do I!!!!!! :(

Birthday week!!!!!! Hoooo!!!!!!!!!!

Now, this post is about my birthday week for almost 5 days!! Haha!! Guess that i use this time to give out souvenirs to my major groups of friends since i came back to singapore from taiwan 1 week ago. Nevertheless,
this maybe the first time i celebrated my birthday in a few different days altogether!! Haha!!!

Anyway, birthday week started early for me i guess as it started on a sunday which is on 15 april 2012. On this date, it was celebrated by my group of friends in USS. The date is coincidence with the celebration i had with them last week which follow on the same date of 15 april.
With them, last year's birthday celebrations and presents i received was great so was it for this year's birthday celebrations. Last year celebrations was just dinner but a huge group of them came, i also rec'd a big farewell cum birthday card which is one of the first big birthday card that i had rec'd in my life. I rec'd a bag from them also. And from another group of them, i got a cap and a shirt.
For this year's celebrations, it started with cycling with lunch in between at macdonalds. We rented the bike for 3 hours and actually cycled for abt 2 hours as we had lunch in between. Although this year's celebration had lesser people than last year, it was still as great a celebration for me. Cycling had rahayu, ying fang, dai kai, amy, serene and me. Rahayu left us after cycling, we headed for marina square supposedly for bowling but it was full so we headed to playing pool first. Serene left us after playing pool. However in a funny twist of events, when we played pool for abt 30mins before bowling was available for us. After which, we headed straight for bowling where we played for abt 1 hour for only 1 game as we need to meet the rest for dinner. Most of them reach by 7.30pm where i still didn't know what to eat. Ya, forget to mentioned we met jasmine, zack, zen, tommy and posic for dinner  While deciding where to eat, we headed here and there in marina square before decided to head to citylink mall in search of a dinning place. Finally, due to hungry people like jasmine, zen and zack. I just anyhow decided to enter 'Asian kitchen' a so-called Chinese restaurant. The food was as normal as any food court i could say. Anyway, a birthday cake was bought in the process by amy, ying fang and dai kai! Although it is meant to be a surprise, i know it will not be a surprise for me as they took rather long in their 'shopping' of  the cake and with the superior observant skills that i have and possessed. It was a long dinner throughout as we chatted, catch up, eat and i gave out the souvenirs i bought from taiwan and being the first group of friends that celebrated my birthday, they got to choose first as i brought all my souvenirs. After the whole dinner, i was handed the birthday cake and also the presents they bought for me which were a wallet and a formal analog watch and not forgetting the small birthday card for this year. Of course, in this event, how can we ever forget the photos taken during dinner and of course after getting out of the restaurant. Wonderful photos as memories to capped off one more enjoyable and fun birthday celebrations with my USS friends.

Thanks for the wonderful birthday celebrations i had with u guys for the these 2 years. U guys, my USS friends are one of the best batch of friends and all the presents i rec'd with the wonderful birthday celebrations altogether will stay as fresh in my mind. Hoping for better future birthday celebrations with u guys. Love u guys!!! Hooooo!!!!!!

As sunday 15 april passed, there came 16 april which was a monday. I started the day late as i slept late and went down my grandma's as she required me to read some letter of concern regarding her. Some valuable time spent with my grandma's from afternoon to evening before i met up with my secondary school friends(azli, jeremy, saleh) in the night for dinner and chit-chat plus monopoly deal playing session. I guess i knew with them, i always end up going home late and guess what time i reach home. Haha!! This is about 1.30am when i reach home. Anyway, it was great just chilling at macdonald's toa payoh near library. Wondered how i got home? Got home on bike just like always. Thanks Saleh always for sending me home!!! Ya, i also gave out my taiwan souvenirs during this short gathering i had.  Although not exactly a birthday celebration for me, i still enjoyed the time i had with them.

For the next day which is 17 april, i didn't do much, just went back to singapore poly to pass my taiwan souvenirs to ms kelly.  I spent time in singapore poly library after that as i didn't had anything to do until my last Remedial training/ compulsory exercise in army which was in the evening.

On the actual day of my birthday which was on the18 april, a wednesday. I went to jb for my birthday trip. Anyway, met up with wee kiong, yiqi and kenny that day. It was business as usual for a JB trip, we went for sushi king where we had lunch. After lunch, we went to buy dvds where i then realised i haven came to JB since the year started. I bought a total of 18 dvds this time. Although not the most in my record, but it was 1 of the highest in my record. Starting the first JB trip this year, i guess u can say it is a good start which happens to be on my birthday.After buying dvds, we headed for KSL city for some shopping but not for the guys i guess. Just for yiqi i guess. Anyway, we managed to watch a movie there too!!We watched 'Battleship' and i feel it is quite a good action movie altogether. After movie, we went for dinner as we had seafood and i got to order as it was my birthday. Haha thanks guys!!!! Ya, i also got to give out my taiwan souvenirs.

On the 19 april, the day after my birthday, i had a singapore institute of technology interview for a degree course in food and human nutrition. I wake up early as my interview was scheduled at 10.30am and i scared i will take some time to find the place so i left home early. In the end, i got there about 10am. I actually did a bit of preparation only  for the interview as it was a first of such  interview i had. Anyway, i hope i did ok and got accepted into the university!!! May good results come!! I really want to finish my education path lol!!! Hope good news will come!!! Anyway, that afternoon met up with 1 of my poly friends staying in hougang and had lunch together with some catching up done. In the evening, met up with my army friends(Lian siah, bernard, kok tong and ah q) for dinner and also pool playing session. Thanks for the birthday treat at pizza hut. Anyway, was another great meetup cum birthday celebrations for me. I also got to give my souvenirs out. Haha!!!  

That's all about my birthday week i guess!!! And i got to meet all my major groups of friends!!! Hooo!!!! Thank you to all!!!!!

It's been a long time and i am officially not a student liao.......

It's been a long time already. My last post was about almost 2 months ago. After that, i proceeded to studying for my final round of exams and finally finished with my studies and exams end of February. Then i waited for my results of the exam which was released 1 month after my exams. In the meantime, i went back to Universal studios(USS) to work and i was also busy with my Remedial training(RT) or compulsory exercise in army. It feels good, keeping fit and also working meaning i also have a source of income to survive the aftermath of graduating soon. Haha!!!

Anyway, my exam results finally came and i did not do as well as i expected. And what was most disappointing is my final sem results actually dropped and this affected my final and cumulative GPA as i did not managed to get a final GPA of 3.5 BUT it was as close as i can get which is 3.487. Anyway, in my long education, i always did not get what i want, it was always this close!! I guess i need to get used to it so that i will not get disappointed all the time in my academic life!! Sian!!!!

The only good thing out of the disappointment is i finally going to graduate and end my poly education life. I am done with singapore polytechnic after 3 long years of travelling to dover from hougang. Graduation date is set on 22nd may on a tuesday where i will don on the graduation suit and officially be called a singapore polyechnic diploma holder and a graduate.

After my exam results released, i was on the course to celebrate with 6 of my classmates on a graduation trip to taiwan for 12 days. We left singapore on 30 march till 10 april when we came back home. It was a fun, tiring and enjoyable trip and this marks the first time i left singapore for my longest overseas holidays that i had in my lifetime up till now!! I had look forward to this grad trip ever since the 7 of us booked this trip in December last year!! It is also one of the top countries which i wish to visit lol!! Haha!! Nevertheless, I finally step foot on taiwan for the first time. It was a great place to be in with great weather, the best wind ever to me and also heart warming people around. 12 days was not long or was it short too!! Anyway, after the whole trip, i still think i have the need to go back as we did not finished walking finished taiwan yet. It was also one of the most memorable trip i spent with my poly classmates. All the joy, laughter and enjoyment we had with one another that i will nvr forget.
